Who is responsible for your data

FØSS runs this page using Moxi. When you join FØSS’s list, FØSS is the controller of the information you provide (their fan list), and Moxi processes it on their behalf as their service provider. Moxi is the controller for its own platform and account data. If you want your data removed, see Data Deletion, contact FØSS at bookings@agencyferal.com, or email privacy@moxi.fan.

What is collected

When you visit this page:

• Anonymous analytics: page views and which links you tap (for example tapping through to a streaming service or a ticket link).
• An anonymous first-party cookie (moxi_vid) so visits can be counted without identifying you.
• Approximate location from your IP address (country, region, city). No precise GPS location is collected.
• Device type, browser, and the site you came from.

When you join FØSS’s list: your email address, and, if you choose to give it, your mobile or WhatsApp number, plus the approximate city and country above.

How it is used

• To run this page and show FØSS their own audience analytics.
• To let FØSS contact the fans who chose to join their list.
• To send WhatsApp messages to fans who gave their number and opted in, until they choose to stop.
• To keep the service secure and working.

Cookies

The only cookie set is moxi_vid, a first-party identifier used to count visits. It is not used to track you across other websites, and there is no third-party advertising cookie on this page.

Sharing

Your information is handled by Moxi as FØSS’s processor, and by the suppliers Moxi uses to host and run the service. If FØSS connects an advertising platform such as Meta, events from this page may be sent to that platform on FØSS’s behalf, under that platform’s terms. Your data is not sold.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, and to opt out of messages at any time. To do so, see Data Deletion, contact FØSS at bookings@agencyferal.com, or email privacy@moxi.fan. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
